You need not to fill anything but select single option which is applicable from the following options. I have tried to explain the most confusing options. Let us know more details about your school and we will be able to tell you which option is applicable to you.
The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized central/ state Board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc.
This option is applicable to most of the students. Anyone who studies from CBSE / ICSE other other Central Board has to select this option. In this system the education pattern is Class 10, Class 11, Class 12
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
This is applicable to some state boards where after 10th you go for pre university course. This do not follow 10+2 concept.
Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
This is special type of course for defense candidates.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
This is for those candidates who did 12th from NIOS (open school) and not as regular candidate.
Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or in any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Any school following 10+2 system but not affiliated to boards like CBSE / ICSE.
