I filled in my registration no. instead of roll no. in the formzero portal. I received an email asking me send the correct roll no. On doing so a complaint ticket was generated. Topic was closed without any change in my roll no. Again I reopened it. Again, they said “resolved” without editing my roll no. Again, i have opened it. Should i just wait? Or reapply?
I think its not allowed to apply twice. If you have already asked for correction and its not done, you should talk to them on the helpline numbers.
